Hello, I’m Helene Michelle, founder of Spirit Nova, established in 2019. While Spirit Nova officially began in 2019, my journey with mediumship, intuition, and spiritual healing spans over 30 years, long before I fully understood the depth of my abilities as a psychic medium.
Through personal experiences, spiritual connections, and years devoted to the development of my intuitive skills, I’ve come to realize the profound relationships between soul, energy healing, and the continuity of life beyond our physical world. I believe that healing begins when we recognize that the soul is continuous, and that love, connection, and consciousness extend far beyond our physical existence.
Throughout the years, I have offered mediumship readings and spiritual guidance to people from all walks of life, both locally and internationally, providing comfort and connection to clients around the globe. Alongside my spiritual journey, I have also completed various studies and qualifications that you can view on my LinkedIn profile.
Today, I work gently and intuitively as a spiritual healer to help others find clarity, healing, reassurance, and peace through my energy healing practices and mediumship. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and honest, creating a safe and supportive environment for every client.
Whether you are seeking connection with a loved one in spirit, emotional healing, guidance, or simply a deeper understanding of your own path, each session is approached with compassion, honesty, and care. Clients often leave our sessions feeling lighter, more at peace, emotionally validated, and reassured in ways they may not have expected.
With online sessions available worldwide, individuals from diverse countries and backgrounds can connect from the comfort of their own space.
My spiritual journey as a psychic medium has been a fascinating adventure, enriched by my past experiences and knowledge. Combined with the innate gifts of my soul, I've developed tools for energy healing and spiritual guidance that help others on their own paths. I've chronicled my insights in a journal, mapping the connections between seemingly disparate dots.
When I conduct mediumship readings, I tap into this same intuitive process, linking the dots to reveal a deeper understanding. This intuitive connection allows me to support others in navigating their own spiritual journeys.
One aspect of my work as a spiritual healer involves reconnecting clients with past loved ones, bringing through messages from beyond. I call these "Letters from Heaven" - heartwarming reminders that our loved ones continue to send us love and guidance from the other side.
Let me help you connect the dots in your own life and reunite with those who remain in your heart. Together, we can uncover the love notes and messages that await us.
Step into the healing space of energy healing, where this gentle yet powerful approach engages with the subtle energies flowing through your body, mind, and soul. Rooted in ancient wisdom, energy healing invites balance, harmony, and the restoration of your natural life force, often referred to as "chi" or "prana." This holistic practice recognizes our nature as vibrational and energetic beings, deeply interconnected with the rhythms of the universe. When energy becomes stagnant, depleted, or imbalanced, it can lead to emotional, physical, or mental unrest. Energy healing helps to clear these disruptions, guiding you back to a state of calm, clarity, and renewal. Practitioners of energy healing often use gentle techniques, such as light touch, intuitive awareness, sound, crystals, and energy channeling, to create a sacred and supportive space for deep energetic release and recalibration. These sessions may involve working with your chakras, aura, meridian lines, or other energy centers to promote flow and coherence throughout your system. Energy healing begins when you are ready to embrace the work. By welcoming this transformative practice into your life, you open the door to meaningful change and soulful realignment. Clients frequently experience deep relaxation and reduced stress, increased vitality and energetic flow, emotional clarity and inner balance, and strengthened spiritual awareness, along with gentle support for physical healing and resilience. This journey back to your essence is where healing, in alignment with your own soul’s rhythm, unfolds naturally. Additionally, for those in search of deeper insights, mediumship readings from a skilled psychic medium can offer valuable spiritual guidance. Let the energy move. Let the light in. Let your healing journey begin.
