By Booking a reading you agree to the following terms and conditions.  Please come to the session “open” with no expectations.

You may take notes, but no recordings are Permitted.

Clients’ privacy is respected and as such all services are confidential.

You must be on time for your scheduled appointment.

Your reading time starts at the scheduled time.

If you are late for your appointment for any reason the reading time may be impacted.

Sessions are not intended to replace the services of a trained healthcare professional or be a substitute for medical attention. Consult a physician in all matters related to your physical or mental health.

All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.

For legal reasons, Spirit Nova must advise that the readings provided are for entertainment purposes only and no guarantees are implied or stated. What you decide to do with the information that Spirit Nova gives, including any actions you take is down to your own personal responsibility and choice.

Spirit Nova will not be held responsible for decisions you may take after the reading.

There are no guarantees who will come through in the mediumship reading. 

Every person needs to book their own reading in their own name and cannot share a reading or sit in on a reading unless agreed upon prior.
