This gentle, non-invasive Access Bars technique works on releasing both physical and emotional healing blocks stored within the body, helping to facilitate greater ease in all different areas of life. 


A Bars session lasts for 60 to 90 minutes and can be undertaken as a one-time experience, or on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
